Word Of God - The Greatest Gift

"Then the LORD put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the LORD said to me, Behold, I have put my words in your mouth."
Jeremiah 1: 9

God has bestowed us with the greatest gift ever i.e. His Word that makes us thrive whatever the external situation might be (Mat.4:4). God Himself is the Word (Rev.19:13). Let us honor, meditate and confess the Word to enjoy all His benefits.

Citizens Of His Kingdom And Economy

"I have put My words in your mouth and have covered you with the shadow of My hand, to establish the heavens, to found the earth, and to say to Zion, 'You are My people."
Isaiah 51: 16

We have been gifted with the word of the Almighty, faithful God that has the mighty power to create something out of nothing, total protection by His power, assurance of His concern and providence and His ownership over us, telling us that we are citizens of His kingdom and economy.

His Own Hand - Our Help

"Let your hand help me; for I have chosen your precepts."
Psalm 119: 173

When we have made a choice to accept His divine will and have surrendered us to obey Him in everything, we can boldly ask God to lend His own helping hand for us, to satisfy us with all His goodness (104:28), to be with us to work out His salvation (Acts11:21). What a privilege to have the very hands of God that formed, sustains and provides everything to be our help.

Stop Their Mouth By Doing Good

"For so is the will of God, that with well doing you may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men:"
1 Peter 2:15

When we keep sanctifying Christ in our hearts, not fearing any intimidation, keeping our conscience clear in the Lord, our slanderers will be put to shame (3:15,16). It is indeed the divine will of God to shut the mouths of the evil-doers not through rebellion but through our good works.

Pacify And Break With Ease

"By long patience is a prince persuaded, and a gentle tongue breaks the bone."
Proverbs 25:15

By calm surrender and patient anticipation without any violence or irritation, we can pacify even a ruthless king. By smooth and humble words, we can soften even the hardest heart. Let us not possess a quick, sharp, dirty tongue that the world is filled with. Instead, let our words be always filled with grace (Colossians 4:6). May our every action be done with utmost patience, manifesting the sign of a true disciple of our Savior Jesus Christ (2 Corinthians 12:12).

Wait And Be Cool

"Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not yourself because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who brings wicked devices to pass."
Psalm 37: 7

It is always worth waiting for the Lord, for He is never before His time nor a second late to perfect His beautiful will for us. Let us be cool over anything that goes around us for we have the love, grace and magnificence of our God greater than everything to cherish.

Become Recepient Of His Grace

"Grace be with all them that love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity. Amen."
Ephesians 6: 24

If we say that our love for Christ is true, we will obey His word (1John 2:5), be very careful to please Him in everything we say, do or even think. By loving God, we become recepients of His grace, which is nothing less than God Himself.

His Headship Gains Absolute Victory

"..he must reign, till he has put all enemies under his feet."
1 Corinthians 15: 25

God reigns to overcome and defeat everything until His triumph and jubilation is thoroughly absolute. Are we under His subjection? Do we rank Him as our head in every decision we take, so that He who has dominion over everything gains us victory in all matters concerned and fills us with His fulness all in all? (Ephesians 1: 21-23)

Be Saturated With His Thoughts

"May he turn our hearts to him, to walk in obedience to him and keep the commands, decrees and laws he gave our ancestors."
1 Kings 8: 58

Let us totally rely on the help of God, asking Him not to let our hearts drift towards evil (Ps.141:4), but wholly inclined towards Him, thoroughly saturated with His Spirit and thoughts, so as to please Him in our every walk and talk.

Made To Flourish

"And all the trees of the field shall know that I the LORD have brought down the high tree, have exalted the low tree, have dried up the green tree, and have made the dry tree to flourish: I the LORD have spoken and have done it."
Ezekiel 17: 24

The proud and lofty will be laid back and the low in spirit will be made to flourish by the majesty and power of the Almighty God. This will be witnessed by all men of the world.

Display Your Readiness To Serve

"..I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me."
Isaiah 6: 8

We have to voluntarily offer us to serve the Lord with all our heart, so as to be used mightily by Him. By willingly offering us, we manifest our zeal for Him and then God qualifies us to undertake strange and wonderful missions for Him.

His Spirit Abides Among Us

"according to the word that I covenanted with you when ye came out of Egypt, and my Spirit abode among you: fear ye not."
Haggai 2: 5

We are distinguished from all other people on the face of this earth as we have the divine presence of God dwelling in us(Ex.33:16). Let us take courage and do the work assigned to us, for God is with us and we will see His glory and experience His peace (Hag.2:4,9).

Aroused When We Are Mistreated

"Arise, O LORD; O God, lift up your hand: forget not the humble."
Psalm 10: 12

Though at times God seems to be inattentive to the events happening around us, God is zealous about His own people and is provoked when His children are wronged by the wicked ones. He stretches out His hands against the anger of our foes and protects and preserves us (138:7).

Shepherds Us To Incredibly Fertile Places

"Shepherd Your people with Your scepter, The flock of Your possession Which dwells by itself in the woodland, In the midst of a fruitful field. Let them feed in Bashan and Gilead As in the days of old."
Micah 7: 14

If we submit us to be the people of His pasture, and the sheep of the hand of the great Shepherd (Ps.95:7), He will take extraordinary care and protection of us, leading us with His Word into incredibly fertile place.

Assured Of His Answer

".. their voice was heard, and their prayer came up to his holy dwelling place, even to heaven."
2 Chronicles 30: 27

Even when our life seems to fade away and exhaust (Jonah 2:7), we still have a hope that our petition will reach God's presence and bring forth His favor. How much more will our prayers be heard, when we call on Him from His holy temple, i.e. when we preserve His holy presence within us, for we are the temple of God.

Turn To Be Fine Tuned

"Turn you us to you, O LORD, and we shall be turned; renew our days as of old."
Lamentations 5: 21

It's high time that we totally turn unto God, who is immutable and eternal, whose love and plan for us will never change, to get our physical and spiritual conditions reshaped, into one that's pleasing to God, so that He accepts us into His absolute favor, restoring and reforming our lives.

The LORD Reigns; Worship Him

"Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice: and let men say among the nations, The LORD reigns."
1 Chronicles 16: 31

The divine reign of our Almighty God over all the earth embraces the hearts of all His pals and foes, that even the soulless creatures of the heaven and earth acknowledge and praise Him. Let us therefore ascribe the glory due to His name and worship God in all His holy splendor (vs.28,29).

Inanimate Creatures Shout His Praises

"Sing, O you heavens; for the LORD has done it: shout, you lower parts of the earth: break forth into singing, you mountains, O forest, and every tree therein: for the LORD has redeemed Jacob, and glorified himself in Israel."
Isaiah 44: 23

God will make even His inanimate creatures to sing and breakforth into praises, when His divine will is perfected and when He is glorified through His people. May the heathens see the glory of God manifested through us, His power and might demonstrated through us, His grace and mercy exposed through us, and the truth of the Word of God proved through us, so that they will join with the nature in singing God's praises.

God Reflected Through Us

"I will send my fear before you, and will destroy all the people to whom you shall come, and I will make all your enemies turn their backs to you."
Exodus 23 : 27

Far greater is He that is in us than any one that is powerful or even more in number on this earth (1John 4:4). The only thing we ought to do is to sit at His feet, hear what He says and obey every single command, so that He will be with us (vs.22), reflecting Himself through us.

Cut Down The Foe With The Word Of God

"You have also given me the necks of my enemies, that I might destroy them that hate me."
2 Samuel 22: 41

Let our mouths be filled with the word of God (Heb.4:12; Isa.49:2), which is sharper than any double edged sword so that no evil works, thoughts or plans can ever thrive in our lives, but we can stamp them under our feet and easily overcome them.

Entrust To Have A Perfect Finish

"I will cry to God Most High, To God who accomplishes all things for me."
Psalm 57: 2

Let us never forget to call on God not only when our position is low but always, because the God whom we serve is higher than any highest position we can possess on earth. He is able to bring to a perfect elated conclusion anything we have entrusted in Him.

Our Restoration Is In The Potter's Hand

"..O LORD, You are our Father, We are the clay, and You our potter; And all of us are the work of Your hand."
Isaiah 64 : 8

As we carry the wrath of our Father in heaven for being senseless and negligent in the affairs of God, the remedy and restoration of our lives purely rests on Him. Let us surrender our will and cause into the Potter's hand, who will with utmost care and skill, mould us into vessels that He can use.

Melts Down Complications

"When You did awesome things which we did not expect, You came down, the mountains quaked at Your presence."
Isaiah 64:3

There will be apparent demonstration of God's influence in our lives, supernatural occurences that outdo our expectations. Let us yearn for the presence of God that astonishes us by melting down all our complications, in order to make His name known to His adversaries (vs.1).

Deliverance And Abundance

"For the LORD will deliver Jacob and redeem them from the hand of those stronger than they. They will come and shout for joy on the heights of Zion; they will rejoice in the bounty of the LORD-- the grain, the new wine and the olive oil, the young of the flocks and herds. They will be like a well-watered garden, and they will sorrow no more."
Jeremiah 31:11, 12

May God deliver and keep us from all sins, doubts, confusions, strifes, enmities, sicknesses, debts, sorrows, weaknesses and anything else that appears to be a burden or bondage on us, and lead us into His abundance so that we will grow and thrive in our spirit, soul and body.

Prepare Your Hearts To Become Mighty

"Jotham grew powerful because he walked steadfastly before the LORD his God."
2 Chronicles 27 : 6

We have to be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power (Eph.6:10) in order to take all the blessings of the kingdom of God by violence (Mat.11:12). To be strong in Him, we need to allow His word to break all hardness of our hearts (Hos.10:12). By being mighty, Jotham built the temple of God, defeated the foe and gained their contributions (vs.3-5).

Lift Your Heart Along With Your Hand

"Let us lift up our heart with our hands unto God in the heavens."
Lamentations 3 : 41

Let all the emotions of the heart and thirst of our soul go along with our outward expressions of kneeling down and lifting our hands to God in prayer. Let there be no reservations or residue left in us as we worship the Maker and Proprietor of the universe. Let all our desire, love and affection be directed towards Him in reverence and adoration.

Become Fruitful And Thronged

"Soon--and it will not be very long--the forests of Lebanon will become a fertile field, and the fertile field will yield bountiful crops."
Isaiah 29 :17

When we give in to the outpouring of the Holy Spirit in our lives (32:15), every area of our life that seemed stripped off and barren will become fruitful and thronged. All our sin, wretchedness, sickness and debt will be reconstituted with holiness, joy, health and abundance (55:13).

Adore Him Along With His Other Creatures

"The heavens will praise Your wonders, O LORD; Your faithfulness also in the assembly of the holy ones."
Psalm 89 : 5

All creatures and angels of heaven are filled with reverent admiration, praising and adoring the Creator. We, who are cleansed from our sins and made one into God's family, have to highly esteem Him and cherish His grace and faithfulness and intensely love Him.

A Refuge That Can Never Be Bombarded

"On God my salvation and my glory rest; The rock of my strength, my refuge is in God."
Psalm 62 : 7

As a little child confides on his father, without any doubt or fear, we can calmly and absolutely trust God for our every deliverance and honor, for He alone is worthy of our sovereign trust. He is our strongest refuge whot cannot be attacked either by force nor by emotions.

Fathomless Grace And Faith

"Your lovingkindness, O LORD, extends to the heavens, Your faithfulness reaches to the skies."
Psalm 36 : 5

So great as the vastness of the heavens is the treasures of the grace of God in store for those who take refuge in Him (31:19), that He blesses and surrounds us with His favor as shield (5:12). The truth and faithfulness of God is beyond all understanding, firm and established (89:2), that we can blindly rely on His promises and boldly wait on them to be fulfilled.

Will Not Give Up On Us

"For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus."
Philippians 1 : 6

Though there are numerous threats, stress and distress to the good works that God began in us, He will not abandon us in half way (Psa.138:8), but keep us firm to the end (1Cor.1:8), help us to complete our work successfully and preserve us without blame at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ (1Thes.5:23).

I Am Thine; Thou Art Mine

"For the LORD'S portion is His people; Jacob is the allotment of His inheritance."
Exodus 32 : 9

When our true treasure is in God, having Him as our portion and inheritance(Psa.16:5), we will be His treasured possession, divinely owned by the Maker and Ruler of the heaven and earth, cared, shielded, guided, carried by Him and blessed of Him with blessings from on high (Ex.32:10-14).

Seek Help Directly From The Maker

"Our help is in the name of the LORD, Who made heaven and earth."
Psalm 124 : 8

The Lord who thoughtfully designed and created everything, can diagnose any minute defect or disfigurement in His creation and He is the One who can perfectly set it right. Blessed are we to have our hope in Him, and therefore our help from Him, who forever keeps faith and is forever ready to aid (146:5-10).

Precious Treasures In God's Presence

"You are resplendent, More majestic than the mountains of prey."
Psalm 76 : 4

God is more majestic, glorious and powerful in comparison to the tremendous, terrible monarchs and sovereignty of this world. He is magnificient, loving, genuine and enduring, blessing us with His favor, when the world is immersed in brutality, depravity, abuse, suffering and sicknesses . We have more comfort, peace and livelihood in His presence than all the treasures of the world.

Preserve The Most Precious Treasure

"There is precious treasure and oil in the dwelling of the wise..."
Proverbs 21: 20

God wants us to be diligent to use the resources, grace and talents He has gifted us, for His glory and not for our own vanity. Moreover the wise are prudent to relish Christ, the real treasure in our earthen vessels (2 Cor.4:7) and the Holy Spirit who's symbolized to oil (Psa.133:1,2) in their dwelling.

Never Permits To Be Embarrassed

"In You, O LORD, I have taken refuge; Let me never be ashamed; In Your righteousness deliver me."
Psalm 31: 1

When our hideout and anchorage is only on God, and moreover when we rely not on our righteousness but His, for all the favor we seek from Him, He can never permit us to be embarrassed, and at the same time humiliate and silence the adversary (vs.17).

Servants Of The Maker

"For you are free, yet you are God's slaves, so don't use your freedom as an excuse to do evil."
1 Peter 2: 16

We are made free from all bondages of the world system and are blessed with liberty by the Lord. Let us enjoy this absolute independence by disregarding the external worldly circumstances, and at the same time be all the more interested to be servants of the King of the heavenly kingdom (1Cor.7:22) and thus enjoy all heavenly benefits while still on earth.

Receive His Canopy Of Love

"Hatred stirs up strife, But love covers all transgressions."Prov.10:12

True love of God within us makes us blind to the faults of others and makes us unable to accuse them. This canopy of love is an ultimate gift from God by pouring out His love into our hearts through the Holy Spirit (Rom.5:5), who gives us a new heart and a new Spirit, cleansing us from all our impurities and helping us to view others from His point of view (Ezek.36:25-28).

Dwell In Love To Make Him Dwell In You

"..for there the LORD commanded the blessing, even life forevermore."
Psalm 133: 3

Where love proliferates, God's blessing exist in abundance (vs.1). God is always glad to see His children abide in unity, joy and peace, and is then pleased to command His favor and perfect life into our lives. The Holy Spirit will descend on us as a dew and be with us forever more, when we live in harmony and peace, encouraging one another (2Cor.13:11).

Let God Be Our Guide And Solution

"Lead me in your truth and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation; for you I wait all the day long."
Psalm 25: 5

If we really want to walk closer to God, let us ask Him, who has saved us, to hold our hands as a father helps his child to walk, instruct and lead us further in His truth. Let us wait on Him,communing with Him all day long, with our heart full of desire and expectation to see His solution.

Analyse Every Act Of God

"Great are the works of the LORD; they are pondered by all who delight in them."
Psalm 111: 2

Even the tiniest work of God is so skillful and excellent, when we explore the hidden wisdom of God beneath the surface of whatever He has done. Let us not just take everything for granted, but meditate and evaluate on all His works (143:5), to understand His purpose, power and wisdom.

Unparalleled King - Second To None

"To the King of the ages, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen."
1 Timothy 1: 17

We are privileged to serve and be citizens of the the King who is alive forever more, whose kingdom has no end. He is the Sovereign Administrator of the universe, non-substitutive, non-corporeal and incomparably wise, such that none can demean their notion about His godliness. Every honor and glory belongs to Him.

Far Beyond Any Might Or Grandeur

"The LORD is high above all nations, and his glory above the heavens."
Psalm 113: 4

The glory and honor of the ruler of this earth is limted to the area of his reign and he is just a dancing doll in the hands of the Lord, for he can never outdo or undo what the Lord commands him to do. Our Lord God is superior to any monarch of this earth. He stoops down to look at us, lift us from the dust and set us on high (v.6-8).

A Very Special Rest

"So there is a special rest still waiting for the people of God.For all who have entered into God's rest have rested from their labors, just as God did after creating the world."
Hebrews 4: 9, 10

Though there is an everlasting rest for us in heaven, the Lord is the same to us even in this world, promising undisturbed rest as long as we are in His government, liberating us from all our cocerns and labor, asking us to place all our anxieties on Him.

Our Perfect Refuge And Paramount Share

"So I cry to you, Lord, declaring, "You are my refuge, my only possession while I am on this earth."
Psalm 142: 5

God not only affords us a hiding place, but He hands out Himself as our Refuge. Let us always not fail to be under His shadow and take Him for our share than anything else, because He alone is all-sufficient, always pleasant and most satisfying.

The Great King Makes Us Reign

"God reigns over the nations; God is seated on his holy throne."
Psalm 47: 8

The people of the earth are unaware that the Almighty God is the great King over all the earth (vs.2). He reigns to bring the heathen under the reign of His own people and to make all the princes of the world His willing subjects (vs.3,9). Because we are at His disposal, He Himself will be our portion (4).

Reigns To Bless Us

"Our God is in heaven; he does whatever pleases him."
Psalm 115 : 3

Our King of kings reigns from above, silently observing all conspiracy and counsels made against Him and His people (Psa.2:1-4). The Maker of the heaven and earth is mindful of the citizens of His kingdom to bless them and be their help and shield, and cause them and their children to flourish and make them inherit the earth (115:11-16).

The Whole Lot Under His Dominion

"Yea, all kings shall fall down before him: all nations shall serve him."
Psalm 72:11

The kingship and priesthood of Jesus Christ is everlasting (v.15, 17), that every class of people from all the end of the earth will worship Him (v.8). He will shower down His gentle blessing (v.6), that there will be abundance of peace and affluence to those under His dominion (v.10,16). Let us cheerfully submit us to be under His reign and enjoy His supply of riches to our heart, soul and body.

His Government Purely Seeks Our Welfare

"Of the increase of His government and of peace there will be no end.."
Isaiah 9:7

The power and authority in the hands of God (v.6) for governing the heaven and earth for the welfare of His children, and the peace of the Prince of peace will be maximizing day by day to us, the citizens of His kingdom. He governs evreything with the well-being of His children in mind.

Our Best And Our Least

"..he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last: I am he that lives.."
Revelation 1: 17, 18

The hand of Jesus that blesses and restores us (Lk.24:50,51; Mt.17:7) is laid upon us to assure that He is our everything - from our best to our least, from our former days to our latter end, and that He is the One that lives forever and is the Source of our life.

His Abode With Us Gives Victory And Rest

"Arise, O LORD, into your rest; you, and the ark of your strength."
Psalm 132:8

To be assured of God's presence in us with all His grace and power is so much inevitable, so that when we set forth for a purpsoe, all our barriers will abscond (Josh.3:14-17), all enemies will scatter and retreat before Him, and when we rest, we will have an intimate fellowship with the King of kings (Num.10:35,36).

His Word Is Our Guide And Rest

"Hearken unto me, my people; and give ear unto me, O my nation: for a law shall proceed from me, and I will make my justice to rest for a light of the people."
Isaiah 51:4

Let us diligently learn to live by His Word that proceeds from His mouth, because it is the light of revelation, unfolding all mysteries of our future, guiding our every step, relieving us from all our anxieties and giving us rest.

Be Filled With His Glorious Resources

"I pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources he will empower you with inner strength through his Spirit."
Ephesians 3:16

To be empowered with divine strength to face and overcome any situation, and to be filled with the fulness of God and to be strongly rooted and grounded in His love, let us be strengthened in our entirety with the glorious perfection of the Holy Spirit

Mindful Of Us

"God saw the Israelites and took knowledge of them and concerned Himself about them [knowing all, understanding, remembering all]."
Exodus 2:25

Men at their best can observe but cannot help us out of all our situation. But God perceives with compassion, hears our graoning, understands our slightest feelings, remembers His promises, comes down to set us free(Acts 7:34), acknowledges us as His own and transfers our pain on to the tormentor (Isaiah 51:23).

Confirm Your Ownership On Us, Lord

"..grant unto your servants, that with all boldness they may speak your word, By stretching forth your hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of your holy child Jesus."
Acts 4: 29, 30

May our Father God grant us the gift of 'boldness of speech' (vs.13), and may He be with us as a mighty, terrible one (Jeremiah 20: 11), and confirm His ownership on us by way of signs and wonders through His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ.

Talking Of God Confounds The Roaring lion

"And my tongue shall declare Your righteousness And Your praise all day long."
Psalm 35:28

Let us treasure God and His Word in our heart, for our mouth speaks out of the abundance of our heart (Ps.119:11; Mat.12:34). Whenever we declare His praises, our every cell rejoices within us and every evil force against us will be humiliated and be put to shame(Ps.71:23,24).

Helps Us Walk In Honor Of His Renowned Name

"And I will strengthen them in the LORD, And in His name they will walk," declares the LORD.
Zechariah 10:12

As the Lord turns our captivity, He will make His power work in all our weaknesses (2Cor. 12: 9), making us strong in Him, guiding us to acquire His authority, grace and wisdom and helping us to live forever under His protection, doing His perfect will.

Be Filled With Him To Be All-sufficient

“The LORD is my portion,” says my soul, “therefore I will hope in him.”
Lamentations 3:24

If we have the Lord as our portion and we have our heart filled with Him, then we surpassingly have everything with us more than we need, i.e. we will be all-sufficient, that no trouble can agitate us, and we will be at ease because our total confidence, our share and inheritance is our Maker (Num.18:20).

Vaild Versus Counterfeit Wealth

"The house of the righteous contains great treasure, but the income of the wicked brings ruin."
Proverbs 15:6

Though not very rich in worldly revenues, the house of the righteous will be filled with valid favor like joy that the world cannot give, peace beyond understanding and a solid hope beyond the grave. But though there is constant cash flow in the house of the wicked, he will never be content but remain vexed and will cause misery to himself and his family.

Sow The Best Words And Deeds To Reap The Best

"A man will be satisfied with good by the fruit of his words, And the deeds of a man's hands will return to him."
Proverbs 12:14

The words we say and the works we do are the seeds we sow. Let us confess words of faith from the Scriptures and go around doing good as Jesus did so that we will be staisfied and filled with it's fruit (18:20,21;Acts10:38).

Rich In Everything And Rich Unto All

"For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, abounding in riches for all who call on Him;"
Romans 10:12

There is no partiality with God (2:11). Whoever believes in Him will not be put to shame (10:11) and whoever calls on 'the Lord of all' will be liberally blessed out of His bounty. Let us be blessed by Him who is rich in all that we need and moreover rich towards anybody.

Peace, Health And Joy In His Presence

"There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy habitation of the Most High."
Psalm 46:4

When we are in His divine presence, we can still be at ease and be glad, amidst all the commotions, outbreaks and threatenings around us. We can flourish and enjoy perfect health, and nourish and refresh others when we make the stream flow through us (Ezek.47:9).

Manifests In His Own Method And Time

"After the earthquake came a fire, but the LORD was not in the fire. And after the fire came a gentle whisper."
1 Kings 19:12

God may not manifest Himself in the method that we expect. We often anticipate fierce and terrible exaltations of God but fail to recognize His work in daily commonplace observations. His gentle, gracious dealing in His time is more influential and dominating than His terrors.

God's Intervention In Our Impossibilities

"He brought streams also out of the rock, and caused waters to run down like rivers."
Psalm 78:16

In whichever area of our life we have lost hope and is dry for years (for example - our finance, health, peace, job, studies, etc.) let us not expect a natural supply but divine providence. Do Good; Silence The Slanderer

We live in a world where the evil ones hunt to find grounds for charges against us and frame untrue accusations on us (Dan.6:4). Let us not become weary in doing good deeds, living good lives and keeping a clear conscience, for in the right time, we will reap our rewards and make the slanderers ashamed, shut their mouth and glorify God(Gal.6:9;Tit.2:7,8;1Pet.2:12).

Seek His Acceptance

"Accept, LORD, the willing praise of my mouth, and teach me your laws."
Psalm 119:108

Our heavenly Father, the Maker of the heaven and earth is all-sufficient and He does not require anything from us. It is our privilege if He is willing to receive something from us, and let us offer our best whole-heartedly. The more we are taught by Him, the more we become concerned to offer even more precious sacrifices abundantly and cheerfully.

Endure For The Sake Of Eternal Bliss

"I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us."
Romans 8:18

All the storms that we are going through at present are considered as nothing when compared with the jubilant, blissful payback waiting for us in the future. Let's happily endure and bear the brunt, fixing our focus on the joy that awaits us (Heb.12:2).

His Infinite Presence With Us

"I will make a covenant of peace with them; it will be an everlasting covenant. I will establish them and increase their numbers, and I will put my sanctuary among them forever."
Ezekiel 37:26

As we reconcile with God, He makes a covenant with us that can never be undone, establishing His everlasting presence among us to bless us until we reach heaven.

Invigorates The Knocked-out

Our God is determined to overfill our discouraged souls with His amplitude, promising to give us serenity and gratification in all those areas of lives for which we have been craving all these years, according to His good will.

Exhaustion To Surprise

"You, O God, did send a plentiful rain, by which you did confirm your inheritance, when it was weary."
Psalm 68:9

God, at times shakes the heavens to shower His goodness upon His people, so much such that the recepient is awe-struck and recovers rapidly after being weary in his spiritual, physical and financial progress. Through such favor, He endorses our faith and stabilizes our hearts.

Meditate Of Him To Have A Bright Future

"My meditation of him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the LORD."
Psalm 104:34

When we meditate of the glory, grandeur and the beauty of His creation, redemption, guidance and providence, and when we delight and be soaked in the promises, truth and doctrine of His Word, our soul will be satisfied as with marrow, fatness and wisdom about the future, and our hope will not be cut off (Ps.63:5,6;Pro.24:14).

Take Care And Tend His Treasure

"Guard, through the Holy Spirit who dwells in us, the treasure which has been entrusted to you."
2 Timothy 1:14

As we entrust our entity to God, He entrusts something precious (His gospel, grace, favor, gifts,etc.) with us (vs.12). As He keeps, preserves and guards what we have committed into His hands, so should we, with the help of the Holy Spirit who dwells in us. Let us hold fast with determined faithfulness, lest we lose it (Rev.3:11).

Their Curses And Plots - Not A Matter At All

"Let them curse, but you bless: when they arise, let them be ashamed; but let your servant rejoice."
Psa.109:28

The outcome of the curse of our adversary will be of no concern to us, as the blessing of our Almighty God will surpass it, engrossing us with His grace and divine favor. When they wait to see the aftermath of their evil plan on us, they will see their own ruin, while we will be enjoying His goodness and glory.

No Woe But Wonder

"The LORD has taken away your judgments, he has cast out your enemy: the king of Israel, even the LORD, is in your midst: you shall not see harm any more."
Zephaniah 3:15

The grace, love and mercy of God forgives our sins and removes all chastisements. He casts out the foe that held us captive and He Himself takes the reign of our lives, and there will be no more failure or woe but joy and victory.

Our Reproachers Will Now Recognize

..'This former wasteland is now like the Garden of Eden! The abandoned and ruined cities now have strong walls and are filled with people!'

God will restore, renovate and renew our blessing, make us flourish and be fruitful, fence and fortify us with His almighty power, and make people befriend us, so much so that those who once reproached us will now acknowledge God's favor on us.

Unceasing Guidance And Providence

"And the LORD shall guide you continually, and satisfy your soul in drought, and strengthen your bones: and you shall be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not."
Isaiah 58:11

May our good Shepherd go before us and lead us everyday, give us rest, be our Provider, Strengthener and Reviver of our souls, and may there be unfailing fountains of joy, peace, health and wisdom in our lives.

Gives Great Harvest With Seed To Sow Again

"He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and increase the harvest of your righteousness."

When we are liberal in sowing, God not only gives us a good harvest with ample supply of our needs, but also will multiply the seed so we can sow bountifully again. God's recompense to our charity will be a blessed heart and power to give more and more.

Diminish Self; Amplify God

"He must increase, but I must decrease."

Let us practise to lose ourselves in Him so that His nature, plan and purpose be revealed through us to the world. Let us promote His honor, dignity and reputation. Let Him be preeminent in all our walks and talks. When He increases, all our darkness and negatives will automatically shrink to nothing and we can find ourselves manifesting His glory.

A Puzzle To The World

"I am as a wonder unto many; but you are my strong refuge."
Psalm 71:7

Real children of God are actually a puzzle to others around, creating curiosity about their character, countenance and deeds. But the actual solution to the riddle is that, if they are strong, they are so in Christ; if safe and secure, it is His shelter. Their peace, joy, health and favor everything is from the Source.

Lean On His Love And Mercy

"Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life."

We can never preserve ourselves by our own strength except that God in His love keeps us. Let us not boast in our righteousness but be benefitted and rely totally on the mercy of God now and forevermore.

Great, infinite and astonishing is the goodness of the Almighty Creator to have such respect and care for the human race, when a fellow human has no thought of another. He gives us so much personal attention and magnifies us (Job 7:17). He visits, redeems and saves us from all our troubles (Lk.1:68-74).

No More Curse Or Defilement

"Awake, awake, Zion, clothe yourself with strength! Put on your garments of splendor, Jerusalem, the holy city. The uncircumcised and defiled will not enter you again."
Isaiah 52:1

God calls us to unclothe all apparels of mourning and dejection and clothe ourselves with strength and confidence in the Lord and He will help us prosper in His glory and splendor and make us holy, with no more pricking thorns or grieving briers, no more curse or defilement in our lives, but every area of our life will be holy unto the Lord (Zec.14:21).

Walk Out Of Traps

"For the LORD shall be your confidence, and shall keep your foot from being snared."
Proverbs 3:26

Our strongest confidence is in our fear of the Lord (Prov. 14:26), on whom we can surely confide for our security. He will guard the feet of His faithful ones (1Sam.2:9), keeping us from any snare of sin, tempation, tricks and distasters that the world sets for us.

Receive Clear Direction From the Great Counselor

"I will praise the LORD, who counsels me; even at night my heart instructs me."
Psalm 16:7

We are privileged to serve a great Counselor (Isa.9:6), who is the source of all wisdom and knowledge, to counsel and guide us. When we meditate on Him and His living Word, the Holy Spirit inspires our inward thoughts and clearly directs our every step (Isa.30:21).

Bursting And Showering Of His Favor

"By His knowledge the deeps were broken up And the skies drip with dew."
Proverbs 3:20

It is through the wisdom of God that the fountains and rivers flow, and the dew drops of heaven descend to replenish the earth that it may yield fruits. It is He who blesses us with heaven's dew and earth's richness (Gen.27:28) - with all spiritual and material blessing. His knowledge breaks open all closed doors and at the same time showers down His grace and favor.

Do Good; Stay Safe

"Who will harm you if you are devoted to doing what is good?
1 Peter 3:13

When we are zealous to do only all that is good, no harm can overtake us, our ways will please God and God will cause our foes to make peace with us (Prov.12:21; 16:7). Let's study the pattern of Christ and be filled with His Spirit and power and let our main business be to go about doing good (Acts 10:38).

Irreversibly Blessed

"Behold, I have received commandment to bless: and he has blessed; and I cannot reverse it."
Numbers 23:20

When God has promised to bless us, He is determined to bless us and His blessings are irreversible. Even evil intentions of trying to bring shame on us, destroy or oppress us will unwittingly turn to be a triumph for us. We are too blessed by our Creator and Almighty God, that no curse can reverse it.

Never Ousted From His Grace

"The earth, O LORD, is full of your mercy: teach me your statutes."
Psalm 119:64

We may feel banished or expelled from our dear and near ones but never from the grace of God. Though we feel like straying in the barrens or locked up in a den, we can still feel His presence and see His goodness in all the earth and in every creation. Let us yearn for the knowledge of His Word to know more of His loving kindness.

Pay Vows Day By Day

"So will I sing praise unto your name forever, that I may daily perform my vows."

Let us always be mindful to serve, love, worship, adore and fulfill our vows to the Most High God everyday because it is He who adds evry single day to our lives. Let us pledge, consecrate and devote all the days of our lives to render His praise without a breathing spell.

Strength With Training Wins

"Praise be to the LORD my Rock, who trains my hands for war, my fingers for battle."
Psalm 144: 1

Our Almighty God gives us the potential to prevail against and conquer our rival. It is His strength that helps us to fight back sins and contend for the truth. Power from Him is not just sufficient but we need to be trained by Him because amateurish energy is dangerous.

Understand To Obey

"Your hands have made and fashioned me; give me understanding that I may learn your commandments."
Psalm 119:73

We are the workmanship of God's own hands. Let us ask Him to fill our soul with curious, desiring knowledge to learn His commandments and pray that our body aligns with the willingness of the soul. Understanding His commandments and knowing the benefits that it brings, makes us to obey it with all our heart (vs.34).

Know The Truth To Be Free

"And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."
John 8:32

We are impaired and broken down in certain areas of our lives due to lack of knowledge of His word about that particular area(Hos.4:6). Let us know His word and speak them into our lives and be free from the bondage of sin, sickness, debt and enjoy true liberty, enlarge and be established.

Fear God And See Your Children Blessed

"In the fear of the LORD one has strong confidence, and his children will have a refuge."
Proverbs 14: 26

The fear of the Lord expuls away all of our fear, our dashed hopes, dread and shame. The fear of God generates strength, confidence and boldness and it blesses our descendants with God as their refuge and with His everlasting covenant (Psa.103:17; Gen.17:7,8).

Blesses Our Effort To Make It Fruitful

"For there shall be a sowing of peace. The vine shall give its fruit, and the ground shall give its produce, and the heavens shall give their dew..."
Zechariah 8:12

Let us acknowledge God in our every step, for it is He who blesses our every effort, preserves it from being devoured, prospers our endeavor upto our utmost satisfaction, with His blessing from heaven.

Life, Satisfaction And Protection

"The fear of the LORD leads to life: and he that has it shall abide satisfied; he shall not be visited with evil."
Proverbs 19:23

Let us enjoy long life, with abiding satisfaction and freedom from evil by having an holy awe and reverence for God, always aware that He is constantly observing all our deeds, words and even our thoughts.

Gives Permanent Release

"But the LORD is righteous; he has cut me free from the cords of the wicked."
Psalm 129:4

The Lord is always righteous in whatever He has done and what He will do in the days to come. Let us commit all our cause to Him, because He will not unfasten the cords of affliction and bondage but cut them off forever so that they can never again be united to have dominion over us.

Promised Of Improbable Blessing

"God gave him no property here, not even a foot of land, yet he promised to give it to him and to his descendants after him as a permanent possession, even though he had no child."

When we have NIL credibility and no human probability that we can possess a particular blessing, we still have evidences of acquiring the same thing we have not seen, through faith in His precious promises.

May the light of God reveal to us our real nature and attributes, and may His Truth cleanse, sanctify and lead us into His glorious presence. May our earnest desire be to dwell in His presence and draw His favor.

Sure Rock Acknowledged By The Foe

"For their rock is not like our Rock, as even our enemies concede."
Deuteronomy 32:31

We often forget that we have an assured Rock of hope of protection and deliverance, to confide, who with unwavering faithfulness and permanence is a firm foundation on whom we can build, take refuge from storms of life and be refreshed by His supplies. But our adversaries are aware of the might, power and grace of our Almighty God.

God Precedes In The Road He Takes Us

"The way of the LORD is a stronghold to the upright, But ruin to the workers of iniquity."
Proverbs 10:29

The way in which God leads us will be our strength and security because God Himself precedes us. Though His ways may seem obscure and mysterious (Psa.77:19), we can be sure of His presence and protection. But His ways panic, intimidate and destroys the wicked.

Fresh Fountains Out Of Hard Rock

"He opened the rock and water flowed out; It ran in the dry places like a river."
Psalm 105:41

Our Almighty God can miraculously make hard rocks as springing fountains, to supply sufficient fresh water in great abundance when we are exhausted, to save, refresh and purify us. This supply will be constant and continue wherever we go (Num.20).

Display Your Honor To The King

"Come, everyone! Clap your hands! Shout to God with joyful praise! For the LORD Most High is awesome. He is the great King of all the earth."
Psalm 47: 1, 2

Let us display our joy and honor to the King of kings with applause and shouts of joy, for He reigns over the universe in His splendid majesty. His invading grace will influence and subdue the most rebellious heart to bow before Him and we shall no more be overrun by the evil ones (v.3).

Manifest Your Gladness Before He Manifests His Benevolence

"Be glad then, you children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he has given you the former rain faithfully, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month."
Joel 2:23

God wants us to manifest our rejoicing in Him, before He manifests His benevolence on us. Let us not look at the dryness and darkness around us. In His perfect time God will shower down His favor on us. Even when everything seems impossible and hopeless, God will make it possible.

Get Wasted To Get Revived

"Truly, truly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it bears much fruit."
John 12:24

Though the grain in itself has life in it's germs, it is useless unless it gets decomposed and dies. All trials of life that overburden and exhaust us, making our lives seem to be obviously in the destructive path, it is then that we will develop and cultivate to the best, making the new life in us to spring out and bring forth abundant fruits.

Flourish And Blossom Under His Shade

"My people will again live under my shade. They will flourish like grain and blossom like grapevines. They will be as fragrant as the wines of Lebanon."
Hosea 14:7

When we turn to God with all our heart, not relying on ourselves or any other backing but God (v.1-4), then we will be under the shadow of Christ and His Word, with our spirits revived, grow in every grace, bring forth fruits and enjoy rich fragrants of His favor.

Despise Evil. Be Blessed

"Ye that love the LORD, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked."
Psalm 97:10

We have to absolutely hate evil and abstain from anything that even appears to be evil(1Thes.5:22), if we really love God. He will then preserve our soul, deliver us from the wicked and multiply our light and gladness(v.11).

To Be Happy Is Our Imperative Duty

"Be glad in the LORD, and rejoice, O righteous, and shout for joy, all you upright in heart!"
Psalm 32:11

To rejoice and to be glad in the Lord is not only our prerogative but is also a moral obligation for us to obey. We have been pardoned of all our debt of sins and it is unjustifiable for us to murmur and walk around with sorrow before the Lord. Let us praise and thank Him with joy for all that He has done for us so that He will release all that He has in store for us.

Fully Qualified To Help Us

"Because he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted."
Hebrews 2:18

Since Jesus Christ took the form of man and went through all suffering of temptation and was perfected through it all, He is powerfully inclined to help us by sending us the required dosage of grace and strength at the right time.

Ignorance Of God Is Disgrace

..“You are wrong, because you know neither the Scriptures nor the power of God."
Matthew 22:29

Our reasoning or logic will be completely wrong when we attempt to expose our views with imperfect knowledge of the Word of God and without proper insight of the attributes of God. It is a shame on us to be ignorant of God (1Cor.15:34).

Our Rescuer And Wonder-worker

"He delivers and rescues and performs signs and wonders In heaven and on earth.."
Daniel 6:27

Our Almighty God works signs and wonders for us who fear Him and call on Him in heaven and in earth out of the common course of nature which no law of the world can prevent. Nothing can ever devour or destroy us because our breath of life is in His hands and it is He who controls the whole course of our life (5:23).

The Universe Is Just His Logo

"How great are His signs, how powerful His wonders! His kingdom will last forever, His rule through all generations."
Daniel 4:3

The work of God is miraculous and overpowering, far beyond what we believe, see or feel. We can never measure Him through what He has done, because the whole universe is just a logo of His grandeur. His reign is sovereign and supreme, not liable to any occurence or to any interference.

Does Not Ignore Our Call

"Listen to my prayer, O God, do not ignore my plea;"
Psalm 55:1

When we have God alone to direct all our prayers and supplications, we can assuredly expect sustenance and relief from Him. But when we are in intimate fellowship with the Father, and when our every work is in harmony with His will, we can know for sure that our prayers are always heard and answered (Jn.11:42).

No Hope If There's No Word Of God

"Consult God's instruction and the testimony of warning. If anyone does not speak according to this word, they have no light of dawn."
Isaiah 8:20

If we don't learn from the Word of God and ignore it, we will be haunted with doubts and fears, and will have no hope of the future because it is His Word that gives joy to the heart and is radiant, giving light of hope to the eyes of faith (Psa.19:8).

Yearn For God

"As the deer pants for the water brooks, So my soul pants for You, O God."
Psalm 42:1

When there is an inward longing and true desire for God in our soul and flesh, then there will be outward manifestations of tears(v.3), songs of praise and prayer (v.8), with audible panting out of thirst and stupefying yearning for God.

The Bliss Of Fearing God

"The fear of the LORD leads to life; then one rests content, untouched by trouble."
Proverbs 19:23

The fear of God is rewarded by true, long, happy and healthy life that brings honor and esteem. It adds divine rest, peace, providence and contentment to our lives. It assures us security from the viles and deceits of evil men and from any harm, pestilence and disaster.

Live At Profound Ease

"His soul will abide in prosperity, And his descendants will inherit the land."
Psalm 25:13

If we fear God, we will have nothing else to fear (v.12), but can live at profound ease, fully satiated as if there is no more problem in life and as if our stores are abounding, and our children will be blessed with outright bliss and exaltation.

Live At Profound Ease

If we fear God, we will have nothing else to fear (v.12), but can live at profound ease, fully satiated as if there is no more problem in life and as if our stores are abounding, and our children will be blessed with outright bliss and exaltation.

Don't Be Occasional Visitors But Dwellers

"He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High Will abide in the shadow of the Almighty."
Psalm 91:1

Let us not be occasional visitors to God but live in intimacy with Him. Let us always abide under His wings so that no weapon formed against us can ever even reach us. We will not only be secure when in close communion with Him, but also enjoy His secret providence and grace.

Our Sure Defense

"O GOD the Lord, the strength of my salvation, You have covered my head in the day of battle."
Psalm 140:7

We can boldly count on God for our security in scenes of danger. He defends us from poisonous defamations (v.3) and crafty plots (v.5). We should always be aware of the peril around us (v.1-5) and hold on to God, who is always our sure fortress. If we are unaware of the evil-doer we will easily fall prey to his nasty plans.

Forsake Vanity To Enjoy His Grace

"They that observe lying vanities forsake their own mercy."
Jonah 2:8

We need to totally let go off all vanities that we are holding on to at present, in order to enjoy the absolute grace of God. Let us not walk in the vanity of our own mind(Eph.4:17) but enjoy grace upon grace, relying on the fulness of Jesus Christ(John 1:16)

The Vanity of The Thoughts Of Men

"The LORD knows the thoughts of human beings— that they are futile."
Psalm 94:11

Haughty men think that God does not hear what they say or see what they do (v.7,9). But God is the searcher of our hearts and knows all our secret thoughts. Men may form wise schemes and plans but everything is vain and none can be executed without His permission. His counsel stands forever and His truth prevails.

Privileged To Be His Subjects

"..the kingdom is the LORD'S And He rules over the nations."
Psalm 22:28

There will soon be a time when every men on earth will turn to the Lord God, worship Him(v.27) and acknowledge Him as King over the whole earth (Zec.14:9). Privileged are we in whose hearts He reigns now, for we delight in it's constitution of righteousness, peace and joy (Rom.14:17).

Wisdom And Knowledge From The Sovereign God

As children of God, we are absolutely His workmanship. He created us and is still at work, shaping and refining us. He is always ahead of us, with wonderful plans to be accomplished through us, and He has already prepared us and pre-arranged all our circumstances that we may easily get adapted to fulfill His purposes. Let us go forward with all heart to accept His divine appointment, to carry out the divine assignment with His divine wisdom and strength.

No Verbal Condemnation

"..I will give you utterance and wisdom which none of your opponents will be able to resist or refute."
Luke 21:15

When we stand on God's side, we do not need to fear nor do we need to search for words to defend us, for God will equip us with good eloquence that no tongue raised against us will be able to injure or accuse us (Isa.54:17).

Brings Down Haughty Thoughts

"..they do not know the thoughts of the LORD; they do not understand his plan, that he has gathered them like sheaves to the threshing floor."
Micah 4:12

Stupendous are the works of God that He has made known in our lives. Still more mind-blowing are His thoughts and plans for our future that are still hidden but will come to pass in His time. Let us praise and sing for joy for all that He has done for us and wait patiently anticipating for all that He has in store for us.

Apparent Yet Mystifying

"God's voice thunders in marvelous ways; he does great things beyond our understanding."
Job 37:5

Great and marvelous are the deeds of the Almighty God (Rev.15:3) in the course of nature and in our lives. His majestic and powerful accomplishment for us at times will be more apparent, heard and seen by men around, but mystifying to us.

Unfathomable Blessings

.."No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him."
1 Corinthians 2:9

None can perceive and understand the value and beauty of the blessings that God Himself has prepared and holds in reserve to those who love Him. So great is His goodness in store for us (Psa.31:19). Let us seek Christ to receive all the fulness of grace, strength and life that are treasured in Him and get preapred to receive His bounty.

Be Hearers And Doers And Be More Blessed

"..more blessed are all who hear the word of God and put it into practice."
Luke 11:38

We need to be hearers and keepers of the Word of God to be more blessed, even greater than the favor of the mother of the Savior (v.37). His Word in our heart is more valued than Himself in the womb of His mother. What a privilege then to be called His own mother and brothers (8:21)!

Listen To Live

"Give ear, O heavens, and let me speak; And let the earth hear the words of my mouth."
Deuteronomy 32:1

God commands His lifeless creatures to listen to Him to either pour forth or hold back His favor towards us. The angels and men, the inhabitants of heaven and earth ought to be more attentive to the Word of God and more obedient than the inanimate creatures, which never rebel against it's Creator. Let us listen to Him that we may live a blessed life (Isaiah 55:3).

Cloudless Life With Growing Grace

"He is like the light of morning at sunrise on a cloudless morning, like the brightness after rain that brings grass from the earth."
2 Samuel 23:4

When Jesus Christ is manifested in our lives and shines into our hearts, all our darkness of sins and tribulations will pass away, the Spirit of God will keep flowing into our hearts and our lives will be filled with the glory of God forever more.

Yearn For His Manifestation

"..His going forth is as certain as the dawn; And He will come to us like the rain, Like the spring rain watering the earth."
Hosea 6:3

Let us eagerly yearn for the Lord to reveal Himself as the dawn which will continue to grow brighter as the light of the day. His manifestation will refresh us, render us fruitful, revive, beautify and make us glad.

Make The King Glad To Win His Favor

"In the light of a king's face is life, And his favor is like a cloud with the spring rain."
Proverbs 16:15

Never does our own might or effort make us see better days or give us the victory in our lives (Ps.4:6; 44:3), but the cheerful, bright countenance of the Lord that refreshes our lives. Let us therefore always seek to bring joy to the King of kings and be abundantly blessed.

Be Planted In His Presence To Flourish

"..I am like a green olive tree in the house of God; I trust in the lovingkindness of God forever and ever."
Psalm 52:8

Let our habitat always be in the presence of God so that we can draw our nourishment from Him even during drought and always flourish, not letting anyone or any situation pluck us out, trusting in His eternal grace and not in worldly riches or strength (v.7).

Shout For Joy

"The north and the south, You have created them; Tabor and Hermon shout for joy at Your name."
Psalm 89:12

The furthest extremities of the world are in God's control. The nature in all it's beauty and grandeur bow down before the Creator, bursting into song and shouting for joy at the name of the Lord. How much more should we who are made in His own image adore and shout for the King of kings!

His Word Enlivens And Enriches Our Lives

"For to the snow he says, ‘Fall on the earth,’ likewise to the downpour, his mighty downpour."
Job 37:6

God speaks to His creation and it is done. It is He who can enliven and strengthen the exhausted soul through His favor. He alone who enriches the earth can enhance and adorn our lives to the full. Let us acknowledge His sovereignty now and then, and tell Him that we are nothing but His workmanship (v.7) and we can do nothing without Him.

Pray To Hear The Answer Even Before It Comes

"..there is the sound of the roar of a heavy shower."
1 Kings 18:41

Our prayers should be whole-hearted, with all expectations, so that we can hear the sound of the blessings we need with our ears of faith even before it is rendered. The Lord is waiting to shower down His abundant rain to refresh and confirm us as His own inheritance (Ps.68:9). Let us not stop praying at the sound of the rustling but continue to pray fervently with humility until there is a down pour of the heavy showers (vs.42, 45).

Be Protected And Fed

"He will dwell on the heights, His refuge will be the impregnable rock; His bread will be given him, His water will be sure."
Isaiah 33:16

When we walk in His ways (v.15), we will be absolutely safe, inaccessible to the foe, protected from all dangers and snares, and be furnished with all requisites so that we will lives our lives to the full.

Live Through Him And Never Alone

"By this the love of God was manifested in us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world so that we might live through Him."
1 John 4:9

God sent His only-begotten Son all the way down to earth for us. He went all the way through pain, death and to hell for us and our sins, but death or hell could not hold Him back because He was sinless. Now that He is risen and alive, He is determined to be with us unto the very end, so that we can live through Him and never alone.

Bless Him For His Blessings

"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ"
Ephesians 1:3

Let us breakforth into praise, glorifying, magnifying and acknowledging God for all His blessings, which will make us blessed by the most high God again and again, with exclusive blessings in Christ Jesus.

Helps With His Own Hands

"He sent from on high, He took me; He drew me out of many waters."
Psalm 18:16

Even if we are going through floods, we need not panic because our God keeps the floods under His control and sends His divine help from above. He grabs us out of any sort of danger with His own hands, out of which none can snatch His chosen ones out.

Help From Heaven

"He shall send from heaven, and save me from the reproach of him that would swallow me up. Selah. God shall send forth his mercy and his truth."
Psalm 57:3

God will even command heaven to yield to our help by sending His angels and His power in extraordinary ways. He will deliver us so as to reveal His mercy and to defend His Word, the Truth.

Heavenly Aid And Defense

"Bow Your heavens, O LORD, and come down; Touch the mountains, that they may smoke."
Psalm 144:5

God can make even the heavens to stoop down for our aid and defense, and appear for our sake in all His majesty, might and glory, to embarass the foe and relieve His faithful ones. A touch from God will blow off the mightiest of the world, burning them to ashes, never again able to be revived.

Prayer For Divine Manifestation

"Oh, that You would rend the heavens and come down, That the mountains might quake at Your presence..To make Your name known to Your adversaries.."
Isaiah 64:1,2

Let us ask God not only to look down from heaven (63:15), but also for a visible display of His power, to declare His love for us and manifest His goodness and power through visions, dreams and miracles.

Poor Before The KING

"Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven."
Matthew 5:3

If and when we start feeling that nothing is of our own and that for every single thing we are dependent on the providence of God, it is then that we start enjoying the real benediction of the kingdom of heaven on earth. Let us be glad to be poor before our King and publicize that we are always reliant on His riches.

Recreation And New Life

"You water its furrows abundantly, You settle its ridges, You soften it with showers, You bless its growth."
Psalm 65:10

God's showers of blessing on our hardened hearts makes them soft, and His showers on our droughty areas makes them yield, thus recreating and bringing new life to all the dead areas of our health, finance, family and spiritual life.

His Providential Preparations For Us

"He covers the heavens with clouds; he prepares rain for the earth; he makes grass grow on the hills."
Psalm 147:8

So great and marvelous are the providential arrangements and preparations of God for our goodness. He showers down pleasant rain from the dark, unpleasant clouds. He will bring forth fruits of joy and glory out of our afflictions and clothe even the most barren areas of our lives with His splendor.

Divine Beneficence From His Abode

"He waters the mountains from His upper chambers; The earth is satisfied with the fruit of His works."
Psalm 104:13

God pours His divine beneficence of His love, grace, guidance and providence from His abode on high, not only satisfying all our needs - spiritual, physical and material, but also making us radiant and bountiful.

Celestial Favor

"The LORD will open for you His good storehouse, the heavens, to give rain to your land in its season and to bless all the work of your hand; and you shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow."
Deuteronomy 28:12

The Lord is ready to refresh us with His celestial favor, pouring out His early and latter rain, and make our circumstances affluent, so that we can be of help to those in need.

Replace Yours By His To Win His Favor

"Then all your people will be righteous; They will possess the land forever, The branch of My planting, The work of My hands, That I may be glorified."
Isaiah 60:21

Let us enjoy the privilege of being God's peculiar people, inheriting all His blessing and displaying His splendor by replacing our own will, righteousness, holiness, etc by His, thus winning all our surroundings for God.

Time For Heaven To Meet Earth

"Truth springs from the earth, And righteousness looks down from heaven."
Psalm 85:11

God, in all His righteousness looks down anxiously on us to fulfill His promises, that seemed concealed and undone in our lives, to pop up and yield their harvest shortly. Let us, with all confidence, eagerly expect His favor in areas of our lives in which there was no hope of revival.

Showers To Flourish Us

"May he come down like rain upon the mown grass, Like showers that water the earth."
Psalm 72:6

The blessing of the King of kings showers down upon us to refresh us and cause to grow and flourish, taking away all areas of dryness in our lives, yielding an abounding abundance out of our least efforts (v.16).

Blessing Dictated On Us

"Drip down, O heavens, from above, And let the clouds pour down righteousness; Let the earth open up and salvation bear fruit, And righteousness spring up with it. I, the LORD, have created it."
Isaiah 45:8

God commands blessing to descend upon us, urging us to receive them, be revived and bring forth fruits of eternal salvation and righteousness, together with Him.

Preferential Favor To The Obedient

"But I would feed you with the finest of the wheat, And with honey from the rock I would satisfy you."
Psalm 81:16

Our wilful disobedience to God's voice depletes us from enjoying His choicest favor (v.11). God is always ready to offer from His infinite, exquisite resources, if we are ready to carefully walk in His ways (v.13).

Will Conceal And Elevate

"For in the day of trouble He will conceal me in His tabernacle; In the secret place of His tent He will hide me; He will lift me up on a rock."
Psalm 27:5

Let us try our best to secure God's shelter, snapping off everything that prevents our fellowship with Him, who will conceal and make us inaccessible to our foes, until in His due time will elevate us high above everybody else (v.6).

Endless Jubilation

"..rejoice in your Maker..exult in your King."
Psalm149:2

Let us be glad and rejoice in Him always because we are His workmanship. Let us jump for joy because our Maker is our King, reigning over us, redeeming, sanctifying, sustaining, providing and not withholding anything good from us. If we have God as the source of our joy, there will be no end to our celebration.

Anticipate The Unseen

"..we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal."
2 Corinthians 4: 17,18

All the present condition that we are in today - whether joy or sorrow, health or illness, wealth or poverty are all temporal, just for a brief season. But our faith in Christ for a prosperous and peaceful future will bring far more exceeding, eternal weight of glory.

All Will Go Well With Us

"Say to the righteous that it will go well with them, For they will eat the fruit of their actions."
Isaiah 3:10

God Himself pronounces blessing on the righteous, promising His goodness at all times, in all our relationships and in all our circumstances. He will bless us with the labor of our hands and make us joyful and prosperous (Psa.128:2).

Be Assured Of His Favor Every Minute

"Show me evidence of your favor! Then those who hate me will see it and be ashamed, for you, O LORD, will help me and comfort me."
Psalm 86:17

As children of God, we ought to treasure His exceeding great and precious promises as our tokens of proof. We have to recognize His presence with us in our daily occurence, where He keeps doors opened, makes our ways plain, etc, except in very special occasions where we need a sure sign of God on our side, to embarass our foe.

From Hibernation To Buoyancy

"You have allowed me to suffer much hardship, but you will restore me to life again and lift me up from the depths of the earth."
Psalm 71:20

Though at present our life might seem to be frigid and bitter, let us not give up hope because we have our God who can still revive and restore us not only to our former greatness but also increase our honor, comfort us on every side and surround us with His favor (v.21).

Reap Extravagant Favor

"..Is the spirit of the LORD restricted? are these his doings? do not my words do good to him that walks uprightly?"
Micah 2:7

There is no limit to the Spirit of Divine Truth that every time we seek God and His Word, He refreshes our soul out of any fallen state (Ps.19:7), gives rest to all our anxiety and satisfies us (Jer.31:25). If we are not mere speculators but doers of His Word, it will do us good.

Don't Be Humiliated Again

"Don't let the downtrodden be humiliated again. Instead, let the poor and needy praise your name."
Psalm 74:21

Though crippled with grief and torn with despair, when we look to the Most High God with confidence, our hope will not be disappointed, because the Lord will gaze down upon us from heaven to hear our groaning and to set us free so that we can sing His praises and exalt His name (102:19-22).

Pursue Divine Wisdom, Have Your Hopes Fulfilled

"..wisdom is sweet to your soul. If you find it, you will have a bright future, and your hopes will not be cut short."
Proverbs 24:14

Though there will be some hardship in the pursuit of divine wisdom, as hunting for an honeycomb, the attainment of it will be amply repaid, bringing with it not only temporary sweetness but infinite and abiding bounty. When we have found that wisdom, we will have what we have been hoping and waiting for.

His Resurrection Makes Our Faith Fruitful

"and if Christ has not been raised, your faith is worthless; you are still in your sins."
1 Corinthians 15:17

The resurrection of Christ gives us sufficient justification to believe that our sins are pardoned and that we are no more dominated by sin. Our faith in Him for our healing and blessings are all the more fruitful because His resurrection gives us spiritual power in our hearts to secure all His favor.

Wait Until He Manifests

"And I will wait for the LORD who is hiding His face from the house of Jacob; I will even look eagerly for Him."
Isaiah 8:17

There are times in our lives when our anticipation seem to abort to everything seems vague and hopeless, as if God is hiding Himself from us. But let us not lose heart but still wait on Him with all expectations, because He who went to the grave rose up from the dead with greater glory. He will soon manifest Himself to us with abounding glory.

Abounding Unfathomable Favor

"I will make rivers flow on barren heights, and springs within the valleys. I will turn the desert into pools of water, and the parched ground into springs."
Isaiah 41:18

God's blessings are abounding and immesaurable, unfathomable when compared with our situations. God is unchanging and His promises are always authenticated with permanence and surety. He can bless us whatever circumstance we may be in and however barren we are.

Man's Time Vs God's

"Then Jesus said unto them, My time is not yet come: but your time is always ready."
John 7:6

Man is always impatient, inspired by selfish motives to accomplish his self desires, incited on instant benefits. God's work is never at random but has a special time for every task incited by future benefits, in perfect accord and plan.

Every Single Gratitude Is Due To God

"For everything comes from him and exists by his power and is intended for his glory. All glory to him forever! Amen."
Romans 11:36

God is the fountain and reservoir,from whom any goodness come into existence. Nothing outgrows out of luck or by chance. Our every gratitude, honor and praise is due to Him alone now and forever more.

Praise And Witness The Royal Procession

"People have seen Your procession, God, the procession of my God, my King, in the sanctuary."
Psalm 68:24

As we sing and praise God in His sanctuary (vs.25), we can still witness the splendor and grandeur of the King of kings. Let us lift up our heads with full of praises and thanksgiving for the King of glory, the Lord strong and mighty to enter (24:7,8).

Seek God Privately To See Him Publicly

"Yes, in the sanctuary I have seen you, and witnessed your power and splendor."
Psalm 63:2

When we seek God privately, with full of thirst and desire for Him (vs.1), He will manifest His presence, power and glory to us publicly. Then will we be satisfied as with the richest feast and be filled with His praises. We who have allegiance to Him will be honoured and those who acknowledged false beliefs will be silenced (vs.5,11).

The Word Of God Revitalizes

"The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you--they are full of the Spirit and life."
John 6:63

Mere human life or physical effort, without the Spirit of God confers no benefit(1Tim.4:8). But the Word of God always teams up with spiritual power and life that are veiled. Our highest need today is to be revitalized by the Spirit of God.

Thank, Pay Vows, Be Saved

"But I will sacrifice unto you with the voice of thanksgiving; I will pay that that I have vowed. Salvation is of the LORD."
Jonah 2:9

Let us enrich our thankfulness to God in everything, by which everytime we enter into His door of favor. Let us faithfully with God's help execute our vows to the Most High, in order to be delivered from our troubles (Ps.50:14,15). Salvation is purely of God, with no human intelligence or assistance involved.

Feed On His Word To Live Life To The Full

"For the bread of God is he who comes down from heaven, and gives life unto the world."
John 6:33

No man can ascend up to bring true life from God (Deut.30:12-14), the author of life. God sent down His only Son Jesus to give us life to the full (Jn.10:10). Let us feed on the Word of God, which provides our necessities according to divine scales (Deut.8:3).

Be Not Two But One With Him

"..whoever is united with the Lord is one with him in spirit."
1 Corinthians 6:17

Let us not be just dead branches of the living Vine, saying that we are united with Christ with just outward declaration and religious rituals. But let us be totally blended with His Spirit so that His thoughts and will become ours, drawing all nourishment from Him. Then we will manifest not our human nature but His love and power in all that we do and say.

Beware Of Men With Futile Conversations And Deeds

"Rid me, and deliver me from the hand of foreigners, whose mouth speaks vanity, and their right hand is a right hand of falsehood"
Psalm 144:11

As we seek God's favor, it is also as much important for us to plead His mercy to rescue us from those who are aliens to God, with futile conversations and fake deeds. Let us not trust or rely on them to the least, for their influence on us will be devastating.

Make His Goodness Personally Yours

"O taste and see that the LORD is good; How blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him!"
Psalm 34:8

We are invited to taste the goodness of God that sweetens our life, eliminates all our bitterness and depression and fills us with His fullness of love, joy, peace and all His riches. Let us make His goodness and grace personally our own by totally depending on Him like parasites.

Aim To Reap Unperishable Reward

"Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life."
Galatians 6:8

As children of God, our every single seed i.e. ambition in life should be to please God. Everything of this world is perishable. Let our every aim whether at home, job, studies or business be to glorify God, so that in due season, though not today or tomorrow but in His time, we will reap His eternal favor. When we seek His glory, we will have a double harvest both here in this world and in eternity.

If Alive, Be Filled With His Praises

"For the grave cannot praise you, death can not celebrate you: they that go down into the pit cannot hope for your truth."
Isaiah 38:18

Only the dead in spirit can be callous and unresponsive to the works of God in their daily lives and their souls slowly travel down to the eternal pit, with no hope in His promises or His faithfulness. If we claim to be alive, let us acknowledge His bounty and be filled with His praises, always anticipating more favor out of His precious promises.

All I Have Is From God

.."A man can receive nothing unless it has been given him from heaven."
John 3:27

We have nothing of our own. Whatever we have is a gift to us from our heavenly Father. All our success is from Him, and we can not make things even slightly better by ourselves. No one from nowhere can exalt us (Psa.75:6). It is God who lifts our head high (Psa.3:3).

To Be Rich, Don't Seek Riches

"A faithful man will abound with blessings, But he who makes haste to be rich will not go unpunished."
Proverbs 28:20

For God to make us prosperous, we should never seek after riches but seek God (Mat.6:33) and walk in Truth (3 Jn.2,3). The Bible warns us that if we hasten after wealth, we are heading towards poverty(Pro.28:22).

Spiritual Prosperity Leads To Total Prosperity

"Beloved, I pray that in all respects you may prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers."
3 John 2

Let us feed on the Word of God, meditate it day and night to prosper in our soul and be successful in all our ways (Josh.1:8), thus gaining perfect health and prosperity physically, materially and emotionally.

Our Wants In Contrast With That Of This World

"Many are saying, "Who will show us any good?" Lift up the light of Your countenance upon us, O LORD!"
Psalm 4:6

Man always needs more and more out of this world and is never satisfied with what he gets. But our real riches and joy can be drawn only from the presence of God, which gratifies our soul. Let us discover the love and comfort of His presence. Our longings should always be in contrast with those of this world for though we are in this world, we are not of this world.

God's Favor Overflows Even Unto Our Children

"The children of your people will live in security. Their children's children will thrive in your presence."
Psalm 102:28

God's favor flows on our children when we are charitable, fear God and when we are just and upright (37:26; 103:17; 112:2). God not only promises to bless and establish us but also to conserve our generation. His favor flows on us as a river and overflows down to our children.

The Light That Leads To Life

"..I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life."
John 8:12

Jesus Christ is THE Light (not 'a' light) of the world, not to Christians alone but to everyone. But some of us have found Him, while the minds of many are blindfolded. If we follow Him, we will be led to abundant and eternal life, shunning all our darkness of distress, sicknesses and depravity, and being filled with His joy, peace and love, that no one could ever snatch away from us.

Word Of God = Light + Life

"The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it."
John 1:5

Jesus Christ is the Word of God, the Light and Life (v.1-4). When the Word is spoken into our darkened hearts in times of depression or sorrow, we can not be overcome by that adverse situation but can easily overcome any situation. Let us personally enjoy the Light and have Life within us, and pass it on to the world that is engulfed in darkness.

Prospers Our Task Through His Strength

"God arms me with strength, and he makes my way perfect."
Psalm 18:32

God girds us with infinite heavenly strength and power, making us more than conquerors, subduing our every foe under our feet (v.39). God removes all impediments in our way, making our way clear and prospers all our undertakings. Let us ascribe all our success to the most High God (2 Cor.3:5).

Total Deliverance From Lawful Imprisonment

"Shall the prey be taken from the mighty, or the lawful captive delivered?"
Isaiah 49:24

Though we justly suffer sorrow, sickness, addictions, curses or other bondages because of our sins, transgressions, habits, genetic disorders or anything else for which we rightly deserve to be punished (50:1), our Saviour and Redeemer promises complete restoration and total deliverance however strong our captivity might be (49:25).

God's Covenant With Us And Our Children

"I will confirm my covenant with you and your descendants after you, from generation to generation. This is the everlasting covenant: I will always be your God and the God of your descendants after you."
Genesis 17:7

The Lord God of heaven and earth makes an everlasting covenant of grace with us and our descendants to make us exceedingly fruitful and bless us and our descendants with His inheritance (vs.6-8). God Himself originated the covenant and it will never fail. Let us honor and be obedient to Him as our King and God.

Seek God, Not Religious Traditions

"..I desired mercy, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings."
Hosea 6:6

Our Lord God is never interested in rituals and religious traditions. All He wants us to do is to love Him with all our heart, soul, strength and mind, and to love and be merciful towards men (Luke 10:27). If we really love Him, we will always be eager to acquire more knowledge about Him and His love for us (1John 4:8). He desires that we know what all He has accomplished and has in store for us, so that we will be filled with His favor and share it with our fellow beings.

No More Stumblingblocks

"I will make all My mountains a road, And My highways will be raised up"
Isaiah 49:11

God will remove all obstructions in our path so that nothing can prevent us from reaching His presence to be blessed. He will make all crooked paths straight, thus facilitating our journey towards His favor (40:4). He will cast away any stumbling block and direct us so that we will conquer (57:14), and He will lift up a banner for us (62:10).

Remind God And State Your Case To Him

"Put Me in remembrance, let us argue our case together; State your cause, that you may be proved right."
Isaiah 43:26

Let us remind God of His divine promises to us (Gen.32:9,10) and of His grace to forgive and to blot out our transgressions for His own sake (Isa.43:25). Let us plead Him to spare us for His love's sake.

Be Filled To The Brim With His Praises

"Let them praise the LORD for his great love and for the wonderful things he has done for them."
Psalm 107:31

Let us thank God for His love, grace, mercy, providence and for all His unique nature, thank Him for His wondrous works of creation, salvation, deliverance and sustenance. Let us thank him for everything and in everything because everything is His and without Him nothing can exist. Let our heart and soul be filled to the brim with His praises. Meditating on His goodness all day long will fill us with his praises.

Let The Owner Take Care Of His Property

"O LORD, how manifold are your works! in wisdom have you made them all: the earth is full of your riches."
Psalm 104:24

Abounding and extraterrestrial are the works of God, displaying His wisdom. Every single thing in earth is His and we own nothing. Let us confer the ownership to the Lord so that the Owner takes the whole responsibility of preserving and taking care of His subjects and His possessions.

Will Not Let Us Suffer Sickness

"And the LORD will protect you from all sickness. He will not let you suffer from the terrible diseases you knew.."
Deuteronomy 7:15

The Lord God our Healer will take every sickness away from us even though it may be hereditary or terminal, and will not let us suffer from any disease that we know of or have already experienced. He sent His only Son Jesus Christ, who carried our every sickness at the cross.

Take Your Pills To Be Healed

"My child, pay attention to what I say. Listen carefully to my words.Don't lose sight of them. Let them penetrate deep into your heart, for they bring life to those who find them, and healing to their whole body."
Proverbs 4: 20-22

Let us take the Word of God as medicine by attending and inclining to it, not let it depart from our eyes and hearts so that we can experience a total physical and emotional healing. The more frequent we meditate His Word the more healthier we would be.

We Are Made Complete

"For in Christ lives all the fullness of God in a human body. So you also are complete through your union with Christ, who is the head over every ruler and authority."
Colossians 2: 9,10

If we believe that the whole Godhead i.e. the complete diety of God the Father dwelt in Jesus at His incarnation, now through our fellowship with Christ, we too will be filled with Him, all our imperfections be made perfect, all our wants be filled. We will rejoice in our weaknesses for we will be strong when and where we are weak.

Makes Us Overjoyed By His Works

"For you make me glad by your deeds, LORD; I sing for joy at what your hands have done."
Psalm 92:4

God's work in our lives today is as astounding as the works of His creation. The works of His providence and grace delights us to the utmost and makes us triumph, making our souls burst out with songs of joy.

Our Intimidator Is The Loser

"Anyone who falls on this stone will be broken to pieces; anyone on whom it falls will be crushed."
Matthew 21:44

Anyone who tries to oppose Christ (or the body of Christ i.e. His children) is miserably injuring himself. But if Christ rises in judgement against those who actively keep hurting and abusing, even their chaff will not remain. So, as children of God, we do not need to react to any intimidation because the one who intimidates us is at the loss.

Receive Incredible Grace

"But grace was given to each one of us according to the measure of Christ’s gift."
Ephesians 4:7

Jesus who came down to earth in flesh was full of grace and truth (Jn.1:14). He bestows this grace on us not as a reward for any of our works, but as a free gift, and He wants us to receive this grace in incredible measures (Eph.2:6-8), so that we can reign in life with Him(Rom.5:17).

Your Righteousness And Way, Lord. Not Mine

"Lead me, O LORD, in your righteousness because of my enemies; make your way straight before me."
Psalm 5:8

Let us give up our ways and our self righteousness so that we can be led in His way and in His righteousness earned for us at the cross (2 Cor.5:21), that we may not let our foe triumph by taking a wrong step. When we are thus careful in walking in His ways we can always rejoice and sing over His kind protection (Psa.5:11,12).

God Determines Our Next Step

"I know, LORD, that a man's way of life is not his own; no one who walks determines his own steps."
Jeremiah 10:23

As God's children, we are absolutely under the hands of God, inspired, lead and influenced by divine providence. He delights in our ways when our footsteps are ordered by Him (Ps.37:23) and not acc to our own intention. We need patience to wait and then walk in His ways. But it will be worth waiting for Him to order our footsteps.

Be Pleased To Be Citizens Of His Kingdom

"For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking but of righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit."
Romans 14:17

As children of God, we ought to pursue after His kingdom (Mat.6:33), which does not consist in superficial and ceremonial things but the real love, joy and peace that we are benefitted through the righteousness of Jesus Christ shed abroad in our hearts through the Holy Spirit.
